Some throwback results from this past SummerπŸ€—πŸ€— During this time I consumed about 2,500-3,000 cals a day and I drank alcohol more often, I just worked my butt off to get these results.
Now I do a lot less cardio (I used to run 3 1/2-4 miles a day and lift light weights), lift heavier and  have better control on a balanced diet. 
I know my triggers that lead me to binge and I'm working on it. #consistency
Taking it a day at a time
