🥄CONSISTENCY: It’s similar to that of a thick sorbet with some gritty-ness. The consistency is well maintained, remaining cold and thick for long periods; it’s also super hydrating hehehe ☺️ --------------------------------------------
🍇TASTE : An indistinct sweet açai flavour. --------------------------------------------
🍓TOPPINGS: Bananas, strawberries, raisins, and granola. As always, the bananas were sweet and creamy, while the strawberries were ‘crunchy’ and tart. The raisins were hard and sticky, and the granola had a sweet maple-d oat flavour; however, it was a little firm, though it had a lot of potential. The ratio of toppings to the açai blend was perfect! -------------------------------------------
💰PRICE: 6€ (to go), 8€ (dine in) - a very affordable bowl with a good portion size. Ginger is located in a busy shopping street, so this would be the perfect shopping companion in the Summer. --------------------------------------------

My name is Tom, I use to own a cafe where the chef wanted to serve a different menu item, daily as a special.. this created a problem as it took forever to figure out the costs. Therefore using my programming knowledge I built Recipe Revenue to solve this problem. .
Right now my main objective is to make the process of this calculator faster & easier. Everyday I am studying this and it got me thinking about my approach to this problem and how it could be relevant to your situation. 🤔

Your process or system is the most important aspect of your business! It will dictate the rate at which you grow and how much money you make along the way! Therefore refining it should not be a once off meeting. Refining it should be a daily pursuit for excellence 😃

So where to we begin! Right now this is where I am at too so don't feel like you are alone. We start by outlining all of the steps in our process. I would stick with the macro steps first before breaking them down into their individual micro tasks. Example.. Customer awareness, Customer engages with intent to purchase, Order is sent to specific product areas, Products are made, Products are brought together before or after they are given to the customer? 👨🏼‍🍳 🥘🍹

Once the macro process is complete. We now have a clear understanding of what we need to accomplish. Next ask: How can each macro process be completed in the least amount of steps for the customer to be satisfied? Doing this will dramatically clarify exactly the necessary steps in your process. .
The process above is where the magic happens! Analysing each step to optimise its full potential is the key to success. Small things like using frozen bananas instead of fresh bananas in smoothies can save you $750+ to figure these things out though we must commit to the pursuit. We may not be right the first time however that's ok. The lessons we learn from taking this approach are essential in improving our system. 🙌🏼
