NOW LETS DO THIS.
1. PLAN:
A house can't get built without a solid construction plan. Planning is everything. Do you plan for success or plan for failure?
* Pick 3 different meals.
* Pick food you like to eat.
* Pick options that stick within your dietary preferences.
* Each meal must contain protein, complex carbohydrates, and vegetables.
* Make a list of everything you'll need and go shopping.

2. COOK:
* Spice and marinate meat.
* Cook everything at once.
* Overestimate how much food you need to cook.
* First cook protein, then carbs, then vegetables (While they all cook).
* Add garnish, spices, light sauces.

3. PREP:
* Set up your containers (21, 3 meals, 7days).
* Portion out meals. 
Size of your first for protein and carbs, as many veggies as you want!
* Refrigerate and freeze meals.
What you'll need:
* 21 food containers
* Lunch Box/ Cooler
* Ice Packs
* Food scale
* Measuring devices (tablespoon, cup, 1/2 cup, ect.)

4. ENJOY:
* Pack 3 meals in your cooler/lunchbox for that day, and enjoy them knowing you'll be able to get to your goal now!

Did some experimenting today because my sweet little girl is home sick from school so that’s where I am too.

I’ve been missing avocado toast and decided to try out @rantsofasouthernfatwoman 90 second keto bread. And she ain’t lying it’s the bomb!! 💣Swipe for the recipe. You definitely need to slice and fry the bread to give it the texture you’re looking for. I can’t wait to make this for my husband this weekend! 👌

I mashed my avocados with a little bit of @herdeztraditions guacamole salsa, garlic salt, and pepper. Topped with thin sliced tomatoes, an egg 🍳and of course Sriracha! Q: Don’t they get soggy?
A: not really!! If they do, reheating them in the oven or toaster oven totally helps

Q: what temp do you bake them at and for how long?
A: 350 F, 15 mins, flip them halfway
.
Q: are these freezable?
A: I would freeze them before baking them
.

La mia domenica di solito è dedicata (anche) al #mealprep, come faccio vedere spesso qui o nelle stories. In un paio d'orette quindi preparo verdure e basi per i pasti della settimana, in modo da poter assemblare o cucinare colazione-pranzo-cena in modo veloce e senza troppo sforzo o dover ricorrere a pasti pronti industriali.

Questa domenica ho: -bollito del riso thay @altromercato; -bollito delle lenticchie di Castelluccio che non necessitano di ammollo; -preparato nel @bimbyitalia in contemporanea una vellutata di broccoli che poi aromatizzerò e caratterizzerò al momento e cotto al dente dei carciofi; -cotto in forno dei "toast" di batata che mi stanno servendo per colazione e un "polpettone" di tacchino, preparato frullando della fesa di tacchino con senape, curcuma ed un uovo e cuocendolo coperto da spremuta di mezzo limone e mezzo pompelmo (nb: sarebbe meglio evitare di usare l'alluminio per cibi acidi, ma al momento che sono ancora nella micro-cucina della casa provvisoria bisogna far di necessità virtù... 😝)

Eating clean doesn’t have to be hard, time consuming or boring!!

This meal ⤴️ took me less than 10 minutes to whip up this morning (was getting over having chicken salad for lunch everyday). The sweet potato chips were already cooked, leftover from a previous dinner. I lightly steamed the green beans and seasoned and pan fried the salmon. Threw everything in a container on top of a bed of spinach, slice up a lemon and voila!

Stacks on stacks on stacks 🥞🥞🥞 I’ve been so bad at taking pictures and posting lately (I think I’ve been to hungry to wait) These are from my mini meal prep yesterday. I love that we get to eat pancakes and muffins on a nutrition plan! Today my meals were on point and I started Lauren Gleisberg 30x30. ☀️Sweet Potato Hash Egg Cups☀️This was so easy and gives you no excuse to skip breakfast! 
Make it:
🍳8 large eggs
🍳3/4 cup grated(or shredded) sweet potato
🍳1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
🍳1/2 tsp garlic powder
🔸preheat oven to 375, grate sweet potato and add cheese and garlic powder. Mix well.
🔸spoon mixture into lined cupcake tin, just enough to fill the bottom. Crack one egg into each cup on top of hash. 🔸bake for 16 minutes. Or desired consistency. 
Note: 16 minutes was enough for me because I reheat them each morning. 🔶Serving suggestions: top with avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning and hot sauce! 
2 egg cups= 196 calories,8C,11.5F,15P.
