I performed the cable pulldowns towards the end in a resetted variation (dead stops after each rep = full stretch; mostly cuz those new cable machines suck even for shorties like me) and with the rope; I love this movement. way greater ROM (pull rope apart and externally rotate arms on concentric portion), you get really good contact 😌

focus was πŸ”› & it was fast-paced. a bit over 2h still, but pretty dense (as usual) + stretching and socializing;p☝🏽 hope you had a great day 🌟

What to eat post workout ? Carbs! 🌿

Poha, a traditional indian dish is made of rice flakes (flattened rice) and lightly fried with a turmeric, peas, peanuts and other flavoring agents. We also like to top it with some pomegranate. 
Prep time ~ 15 mins

It is rich in carbohydrates and easy to digest. Rice flakes provide vitamin B1 and help in stabilising blood sugar. Carbs in breakfast ensure long lasting energy for the rest of the day.

Breakfast need not be an exotic dish. It could be a simple traditional dish with the right ingredients.
