So after a mad day yesterday starting at 9 with my mod 1 n then a 4 hour sitting I shot over to the hospital to see my fella. Was the most horrible thing leaving him n come home to an empty house but least hes being treated. Left at 8 n home for about 8:20  was knackered. Didn't really sleep much but luckily had an early finish today ready to go back over after work. Leg day first get some aggression out n de stress abit.

Go to YouTube and type in "How to make unleavened bread". Don't use table salt use Pure Sea Salt. Don't use white sugar use Agave Syrup or Dates. Don't use white flour use Spelt Flour, Quinoa Flour, Teff Flour or Amaranth Flour. Don't use baking soda or yeast, use Seamoss to make your bread rise. It acts like a natural yeast.
