My recovery meal after a really good workout earlier this evening There's a lot of good stuff on the plate to help me refuel power up & recharge It was so tasty & filling My dinner was a steamed potato & a steamed plantain A curry pumpkin cooked with spinach Chick peas cooked with spinach as well Both accompanied with basmati saffron rice & broiled wild Alaskan salmon A dab of some homemade hot pepper sauce was dropped afterwards on the fish It took the meal to another level Now for a cheeky dessert I'll join the dark side A dark chocolate treat will do

Day 12 of Detox. Just 2 more days to go. Doing two shakes a day along with healthful meals and snacks. I started my morning with Strike, took Root and then studied the rest of the day. By the time I got home, I didn’t really want to make a big dinner. Chickpea pasta to the rescue!  Banzai penne with chicken, frozen broccoli added to the cooking pasta and marinara sauce that’s detox approved.
