Here’s what I had for my one meal for the day. Roasted pumpkin and garlic fettuccine loaded with BioCheese, nooch, greens and seeds. Caramel protein shake with added magnesium. Fat bomb caramel slice. Celery sticks with almond butter and seeds.

• Ingredients for just the fettuccine:  125g Slendier Konjac fettuccine, 100g MyLife cheddar BioCheese, 40g virgin coconut oil (10g for roasting the garlic and pumpkin), 100g pasta sauce, 5g pumpkin seeds, 5g sunflower seeds. Not included in my macros is a small amount of pumpkin, whole gloves of garlic, baby spinach, kale, table salt, pepper, Italian herbs, extra oregano AND of course lots of nutritional yeast to get hose B vitamins in 💪🏽

The fettuccine was honestly a 9.5/10. Would be a 10/10 if it had a little bit more garlic and I am possibly the hardest food critic! It’s definitely my favourite meal I’ve had on keto. I’ve been doing keto for 12 days and I honestly can not believe I haven’t eat out once!!!!! I use to get Uber Eats 1-2 a day, there was a stage of about 3 months where I didn’t cook one meal at home and the fridge and cupboard were completely empty! I just really love food and really love eating out, just the whole experience I absolutely love. Doing keto is saving me a fortune because I literally can not eat out or drink (not that I really drink anyway). It’s good to know everything that I’m putting in my body and making sure I’m getting the right amounts of everything.

Finished my morning leg work out..using body space work outs. Specifically Arnold Schwarzenegger work outs & and mixture of my own custom super set work outs. Currently still intermittent fasting, high fat low carb, 16 off and 8 on. Today eating a mixture of cod/tilapia, vegetables, cherry tomatoes, avocado, almonds, banana, apple, mocha cappacuinno protein shake, & back to using my 6 pack bag. This whole keto thing is amazing! It’s been a fun process. Surprisingly I was already very very close to being keto before I even started. Early on I was showing “trace” ketones in my urine but once I removed the daily 🍌 from my diet I instantly moved further up the color chart. Let me tell you, I was a little skeptical about switching to a high fat diet but I feel incredible and my long runs have been awesome. Is the diet challenging? Absolutely. There’s a lot of food I miss and trying to figure out what I can and can’t eat has me searching google daily but over time I can see this being very beneficial to all ultras I have planned this year. Wings:
Trader Joe’s high protein tofu, slathered in olive oil, avocado oil, “breaded” in almond meal, and spices (all purpose, onion, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper). Bake 360 degrees, 18-20 mins, douse in your fav hot sauce (Louisiana) last few mins.

Veggies & jalapeño poppers:
TJ’s organic broccoli, sugar snap peas, and jalapeños, bathed in same oils/spices as wings. Cut jalapeños in half, core out seeds prior to baking. Bake same as above (may need to lower temp (350) last few minutes and add Kite Hill chive vegan cream cheese (or your fav) to pepper halves until slightly melted. 🤘

What does one eat after a 72 hour fast?? Salmon and cauliflower of course!!! I added olive oil mayo and garlic!  This fast has taught me that I do have self control I do own my body and I can do anything I put my mind to! This fast gave my body a rest to my entire digestive system, toxins are removed and I have more energy (especially at night-🙄) fasting can improve immunity and gives longevity.  I had the chance to observe my mind closely, I have a better understanding of my food habits and cravings and know what I need to work on.... snacking at night is my nemesis. Not only was this a physical cleanse, but an emotional one as well!  I will do this again for sure 😍 •

Dinner tonight was so motherfucking good 😍 veggies are just Costco frozen stir fry veggies. But this salmon!! I let it marinade at room temperature for about 40 minutes?? (I didn't follow a recipe at all, so just hear me out here)
 the marinade was:
 maybe a quarter cup soy sauce (enough that the salmon fillets would not be covered but definitely sitting in liquid) 
About a tablespoon minced garlic
A good few hefty shakes of ground ginger 
Some freeze dried chives

I set my toaster oven to 400F convection bake and transferred the fish to my pan, leaving whatever of the marinade was already on it and then topped each fillet with a spoonful & sprinkled sesame seeds on top. and it was in the oven sometime between 5 minutes and 8.  Then I set the toaster oven to broil and let that sit for maybe at most 5 minutes?? Then I felt a feeling from the fish gods telling me my salmon was ready now, and I trusted it so I took it out and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. 
Like this was so good. •

Some freeze dried chives

I set my toaster oven to 400F convection bake and transferred the fish to my pan, leaving whatever of the marinade was already on it and then topped each fillet with a spoonful & sprinkled sesame seeds on top. and it was in the oven sometime between 5 minutes and 8. Then I set the toaster oven to broil and let that sit for maybe at most 5 minutes?? Then I felt a feeling from the fish gods telling me my salmon was ready now, and I trusted it so I took it out and it was absolutely perfectly cooked.
