〰️ My workout schedule 〰️
A lot of you where wondering how my workout schedule looks like🏋🏼‍♀️ It really depends on what kind of day I’m having but it mostly goes like this; ➖ I work out 3 or 4 times a week. I start my workouts with the 28 mins of bbg excersises by the bbg app, then 15 mins of extra weighttraining (when working out in the gym). Followed by 30 mins of high or low intensity cardio. I do sprinting on the treadmill or variations of speed on the stairmaster or just cycling or walk with my dog. However it’s not recommended to do resistance training and cardio in the same workout. If you think that separate days work better for you that’s also ok👌🏻. I do it on the same day because of my busy schedule and because it works best for me🙈➖ Love my new leggings😍 they’re so comffyyyy🤗 By @sassquadofficial !! I want to buy everything 😂

BIZCOCHO DE DOS COLORES

Ingredientes:

2 huevos ecólogicos
200 ml de claras
65 gr de harina de avena 
1 cucharada de levadura
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo desgrasado
Edulcorante al gusto
2 Onzas de chocolate puro sin azúcar (se derrite y se le echa por encima)
Canela ( opcional)

Preparación:

Separamos las claras de las yemas de los dos huevos y las claras que quedan, las añadimos a los 200ml de claras.  Ponemos las claras a punto de nieve y añadimos las dos yemas que habíamos separado anteriormente y volvemos a batimos durante 1 minutito más.

En otro recipiente, añadimos la harina de avena y la levadura y lo mezclamos muy bien, vamos añadiendo la mezcla seca a la húmeda poco a poco haciendo movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen las claras.

Una vez esté bien mezclado TODOS los ingredientes, separamos en dos recipientes la mezcla de forma equitativa, y en una de ellas añadimos el cacao el polvo.
Para echarlo en el molde, ponemos la mezcla con el cacao primero y luego la normal y al horno por 30 minutos a 180° luego le ponemos el chocolate liquido por encima y la canela y ¡LISTO! 
Deja que se enfríe, sacalo del molde y a disfrutar

Mmm, this was another winner! 🤩 I love using Brussel sprouts as a salad base to mix things up. They were $1.49 for a 16oz bag at my Aldi this week, which is cheaper than buying anything nicer than a head of iceberg lettuce. 🥗

If you want to make your own, here’s the details to make TWO big salads👇🏼

⭐️ Brussel sprouts, white mushrooms, Granny Smith apple, craisins, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, sliced chicken breast, honey mustard vinaigrette. .
1️⃣ Shred your sprouts - I did half in the food processor, half sliced thinly by hand for some different textures. (16oz total)
2️⃣ Make your dressing 👉🏼 I used a homemade Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, I’ll put the recipe in my stories!
3️⃣ Toss sprouts w/ dressing to let them soak up the goodness.
4️⃣ Cook chicken breast - we seasoned with garlic salt + 4 slices bacon.
5️⃣ Thinly slice mushrooms & Granny Smith apple.
6️⃣ Slice chicken & crumble bacon once cooked.
7️⃣ Top your salad and DIG IN!
