Guten Morgen ☀️ Schon mal versucht eine Weile auf Zucker zu verzichten? Lese gerade darüber und finde das Thema hochinteressant! Ein Experiment starten und konsequent sein. No sweets, no Schoko, nicht mal abends, wenn's gemütlich und entspannt sein soll... Werde vielleicht meinen Sohn mit einbinden - soweit möglich – und mit gesunden Alternativen Energie und Wohlbefinden herstellen. In diesem Sinne zum Frühstück heute Soyajoghurt mit Himbeeren und Blaubeeren (aufgetaut, ich weiß, nicht ganz opti…), dazu Rosinen und Datteln, in Wasser eingelegte Chiasamen und alles durch den Mixer. Guten!

Mon petit au feu Veggie je l’💛!! Il se décline avec tous les légumes de saison !! Je n’en fait jamais deux pareils!! Il a mijoté dans mon @vitaliseur pendant que je travaille, le vrai bonheur. Aujourd’hui on y trouvera de la patate douce, carottes violettes, épinards frais, radis violets, choux Bruxelles, courge spaghetti. J’ai ajouté un morceau de gingembre frais, un citron en morceaux et un petit bouquet garni @truc.co_provence au thym romarin et fenouil. Enfin quelques graines germées ⭐️ Autant vous dire que mes Papilles vont frétiller pour le déjeuner!!! Paddle pops:
1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight, then rinsed
1/2 can (135mil) coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut water, blended with 2 tbsp g.f cornflour dissolved in it. (Or 1 tbsp arrowroot)
1 can coconut milk (270mil)
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp rice malt syrup

For Chocolate:
100g cacao butter (melted)
80 g Cacao powder
60 g rice malt syrup
¼ cup crushed peanuts
.
⏩⏩Instructions
Combine the coconut water & cornflour until smooth, set aside.⠀
Gently warm the 135mil coconut cream with salt, vanilla powder, rice malt syrup. Once it is nice and warm stir through the coconut water cornflour mixture and whisk to combine, cook until thick then set aside to cool.⠀

➕➕INGREDIENTS
Paddle pops:
1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight, then rinsed
1/2 can (135mil) coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut water, blended with 2 tbsp g.f cornflour dissolved in it. (Or 1 tbsp arrowroot)
1 can coconut milk (270mil)
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp rice malt syrup

For Chocolate:
100g cacao butter (melted)
80 g Cacao powder
60 g rice malt syrup
¼ cup crushed peanuts

⏩⏩Instructions
Combine the coconut water & cornflour until smooth, set aside.⠀
Gently warm the 135mil coconut cream with salt, vanilla powder, rice malt syrup. Once it is nice and warm stir through the coconut water cornflour mixture and whisk to combine, cook until thick then set aside to cool.⠀
