A cRuMbLe Morning | Happy winter morning to be enjoyed with apple pear crumble 🍐🍎When a diet tells me to eat fruits and nuts for snack, I say, NAAA, I eat a crumble which is almost the same thing! 😻Very lightly sweetened with dark maple and topped up with whole grains, nuts and seeds. The nutty and cinnamon flavor goes super well with the pear and apple 😍#healthrevolution #kissthespoon

Eat your veggies! I They are packed with essential vitamins and minerals and will help to lower cholesterol & blood pressure , lose weight and fight disease! These are from the garden and I browned the tofu in the oven after I coated it with almond meal. There is no need to cook with a lot of oil! It is all fat and it should be used very infrequently in small amounts! I served this over brown rice. Delicious!  WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE VEGGIE?!

Step 2: Massage them gently.

Když jsme museli z minuty na minutu překopat plány a místo na safari🐘 si to namířit zpět do Colomba 🗺(protože k safari nejela ze severu žádná doprava a taxík je mega předraženej💸), museli jsme honem sehnat ubytování. Což byla sranda s mým starým mobilem a tamním internetem 😅🙈 ale nakonec jsme zvolili jeden hostel a šli prostě zkusit štěstí, jestli budou mít volno... a měli!! A byl to nejlepší hostel v kterém jsem byla!!🙏🏻🧡 Milí lidé, uvolněná atmosféra, prostě pohodinda! A snídaně na střeše 🏯ale hlavně - jaká snídaně! 🤤🤤🤤nejlepčejší co jsem na Srí Lance měla😍

I’m still not feeling my best and am on a low fibre diet, trying to also replenish electrolytes… BUT I am a lot better and depending on how I feel I might to a short and low intensity leg workout in the afternoon. Taking 4 days completely off has not only been necessary but also a great opportunity to get a lot of sleep and recover from a few great training sessions the week before! Embrace taking time off - it’s not only mentally good but when getting back to working out you will feel a difference - in a positive way.

I know it's not quite Yorkshire but we live in the south of Sheffield. One of our favourite places is out in the upper half of the Peak District towards the edge of Barnsley where I'm originally from. It's also where we're looking to hold our wedding this year too.
