雖然唔係即整,但都夠熱,咬起黎一層層好鬆化👍🏻而且唔會覺得好油膩🙂中間啲豬肉餡帶少少麻辣幾香口,但啲餡唔夠多所以食起黎唔夠滿足😕

My biggest recommendation if you want to have longer-lasting energy, feel full & satisfied or to nourish your bod well, is to take the time to understand... MACRONUTRIENTS! These are what everybody NEEDS to function WELL: Protein, carbs & fats! I try to include all three in every meal 🙌🏻
1. Protein is needed for cells, structures & repair of muscles. They’re the food group which leaves you fullest for longest! Examples include lean meats, dairy, eggs, beans, peas & lentils! 
2. Carbs! So much stigma they’re evil but you NEED them for energy! Two types - simple & complex! Simple are broken down waaaay faster than complex, so complex allow long-lasting energy! Simple carbs include anything with refined sugar or white flour like white bread, pasta etc 😏 & complex carbs include veges, wholegrains, quinoa & sweet potatoes! Complex are preferred 😉 
3. Fats! Another word that seems evil 🙈 but isn’t! You want to have good fats which are monounsaturated & polyunsaturated, the baddies are trans fats 😉 the good are in nuts, seeds, avocados & unprocessed oils! These have tonnes of benefits including the absorption of vitamins & minerals! The baddies are in processed foods & can lead to risk of diseases 😔 
I’d suggest to read a bit more into this, Kayla itsines’s blog & any nutrition pages have more info! A better understanding helps you make decisions to get the most out of your food resulting in an overall better wellbeing! ☺️ happy researching xxx

Sarapan tadi pagi, kreasi keju lagi. Krna ank2 suka bgt sma keju #prochizlovers jd bkin olahan psti pke keju @keju_prochiz .. biar gak bosen nasinya diganti kentang, bikin ala2 lasagna, lapis daging saus tomat, biar sarapan makin sehat jgn lupa sayurnya jg ya..bagian atas dikasi saus keju, pakai keju oles @keju_prochiz .
Rasanya lumerr dimulut, warna nya jg cantik bgt abis dipanggang..

Lasagna Kentang Bayam

Bahan :
3 buah kentang uk besar 
150 gr daging giling
100 gr daun bayam
50 gr keju parut @keju_prochiz 
3 sdm bawang bombay cincang
1 sdt bwang putih cincang
5 sdm saos tomat homemade
1/2 sdt mixed herbs
Lada secukupnya
1 sdt Butter untuk menumis
150 ml air kaldu

Saus keju : 
1 sdm bawang bombay
150 gr keju oles @keju_prochiz
100 ml susu cair putih
Lada secukupny
Mixed herbs sckupnya
Butter untuk menumis .
Cara Membuat :
1. Kupas kentang, dan iris tipis lalu kukus selama 15 mnt. Cuci bersih bayam lalu rendam dalam air panas sbntr lalu saring, hanya untuk melunakkan saja. Sisihkan.
2. Tumis bwang bombay dan putih dgn butter hingga harum. Masukkan daging cincang, beri air kaldu, keju parut , saos tomat, lada dan mixed herbs. Masak hingga menyusut.
3. Masak saus keju hingga mengental. Sisihkan.
4. Tata di loyang atau ramekin, taruh potonhan kentang, lalu daging saus tomat, lalu taburan keju parut, stlh itu daun bayam, daging saus tomat lg dan terakhr saus keju diatasnya. 
5. Panggang di oven suhu 200°C slm 15-20 mnt hingga bagian atas kcoklatan. Siap disajikan.

Tonight’s restaurant of choice was a local place close to home. Cafe Telegraph had quite a few upgrades this past year adding a beautiful, wooden bar room and a smoke shack! Mike’s choice: smoked chicken flavored with a sweet dry rub (that he claims to be the best smoked chicken he’s ever had) with a baked sweet potato and vegetable medley. I decided to try the Big River Slinger which is BBQ pulled pork, fried jalapeños, country fried potatoes and an egg all onto one platter 😍(and some veggies to try and balance it out 🙄😁). Drinks were kept simple since it’s only a weeknight 😉 while the restaurant has a very home-like vibe, we prefer to sit in the wooden bar area since it is full of bright lighting, large screened TVs and a higher energy level. The staff is extremely friendly; the manager is sure to check on us every time we come in as well as our waitress is excited to see us every time since we are her first “regulars”!
