Happy day 😁

Opération d’un slap 2 début juin, ça consiste en quoi ? 
Ténotomie et ténodèse du tendon du long bicep et réinsertion du bourrelet glénoïdien. 
Une lourde opération où l’on m’annonçe 6 mois d’inactivité sportive , avec une bonne rééducation et beaucoup de CrossFit Adapté, 7 mois après je me sens encore plus fort qu’avant !

Buongiorno #fitfam ! Sono un po' in ritardo lo so 😅 ma stamattina ho avuto parecchio da fare 😣 Ieri sera ho litigato davvero pesantemente con mia madre ma stamattina dopo il mio allenamento ho deciso di mettere da parte l'orgoglio e di farmi avanti per riappacificarci. (Conoscendoci la cosa sarebbe durata giorni e giorni e sinceramente non avevo voglia 😅). Questa però non è stata l'unica cosa positiva della mattinata, eh no, c'è anche lui 😍 il mio #pancake MELA UVETTA E CANNELLA postworkout farcito con skyr aromatizzato alla cannella e topping con la mia crema di cacao 🍫.
