Saturday is my refeed day after fairly low carbs for 5 days. I eat pretty much whatever i want Saturday but usually incorporate a tonne of rice and sweet potato  off track alittle for lunch but delicious.

Care to critique my meal? Primary Goal is weight loss. I made this #frittata as an experiment.

I put 2 whole #eggs in a bowl, added 4 #eggwhites and 3 tablespoons of @Wegmans #Organic Super #Yogurt, Plain, and beat it until it became a good, creamy egg mixture. 
I set the broiler to high and let it warm up.

Then I put a tablespoon of #EVOO #oliveoil in a pan and #sautéed a fistful of #babybella #mushrooms chopped, a chopped large red #bellpepper and a fistful of organic #babyspinach .

Then I poured the egg/yogurt mixture into the pan so it enveloped the veggies and mushrooms and let it set a bit, by cooking briefly on the stovetop.

While the top was still liquidy, I moved the frying pan to the middle rack of the broiler and let the broiler cook the top.  This was the experimental part.  Would the yogurt work well and would the thing cook like a normal frittata? It did!

Once the top was set, I removed the pan from the broiler, transferred the entire frittata in one piece to a pizza tray and cut it with a pizza cutter.  I cut it in quarters and stored 3/4 of the pieces in the fridge for later.

Knowing the plain yogurt would make the eggs taste slightly more bland, I topped with some mildly spicy #salsa I #homemade the other night. I will add cracked #blackpepper next time too. For a side, I sliced up one large #tomato.

Eating only 1/4 of the prepared frittata, the #Fitbit app estimates just 215 #calories and 
including the tomato, #macros are estimated at 37% #carbs, 38% #fats, and 25% #protein

Alright folks 💥 Here's today's wrap up. If you've paid any attention to my story you've seen my annoying food/macro posts. At the end of the day I have consumed (not including the chicken fil a because well.. that's just extra) just over 2,300 calories at 110-115lb body weight. Protein came out to 180, carbs 270 and fats 60. Let me start by saying these numbers are NOT for everyone. What I do want to make clear is that you have to eat to fuel your body. Those of you that still believe in the 1,200 calories or less to lose weight are doing it all wrong! It's not only important to eat appropriately for the physical aspect but for the mental aspect as well. Take some time. Do some research. Ask some questions and come up with a plan that works for you. Don't starve yourself but don't eat like a jackass. I like to think I've found the happy medium and what works for me. 🔹150g Pasta
🔹120g Red Kidney Beans
